I figure that gives a broad enough audience!

Anybody up for a writing get together in the area? I frequent the Starbucks in Westford almost daily and it's a good place to hang out. Let me know if anybody would be interested and maybe we can set something up!

I'm in Acton and that sounds like a great meeting spot! I'm definitely interested!

Will be at the Westford Starbucks at 1PM on Sunday attempting to get a good start to the word count!

I am currently in Hudson. I was in Medford.

Just thought I'd throw my hat in the ring.

Yeah! we have a local group! I also go to the Java Room in Chelmsford, Ziba's in Acton on rts 2A & 27 - both have free wifi. As well as all the Starbucks (except Concord, no parking). Ah, and the Provence in Concord is a nice place for meetings.

I've seen a couple people mention Ziba's in Acton. We should look into making an evening of it! Anybody have any preferences?

The problem with Ziba's is that they close early -- 5pm, I believe? And the Acton Starbucks tends to fill with lots of after-schoolers. So, there's Willow Books in Acton, which seems like a reasonable alternative, if you want anything after 4pm.

Yeah, and being a former teacher at the school, I really don't want to deal with the, "Oh look, it's Mr. Flagg!" Fame has its price.

Willow books would be absolutely dandy with me. I saw that you had it on the calendar but it was late for me (I'm still on teacher time and go to bed by 10).

But I'm definitely game!

The calendar times were screwed up but have now been fixed. I've scheduled Nano write-ins upon demand at Willow Books from 4:15-5:45 pm on Thursdays. Will that work for you?

Oh yes! Much much better. I even think I can make it this Thursday! I can feel the slacker in me coming out already, need to beat that down!

Are there still meetings at Willow Books on Tuesday Mornings at 9? I can't make the evening ones and that one was perfect.
I have now reached the "What was I thinking when I signed up to do this?" phase and could use the company of a few fellow crazies.

There are meetings "upon request" on Tuesdays at Willow Books from 4:15-5:45pm. Last Tuesday, I was the only one there, so I left at 5:15. Let me know if this time works for you and I'll be there!

Is anyone planning to be at Willow books this Tuesday? I couldn't make it last week, but I'm game for tomorrow around 5ish.

I'm going to try. It's been crazy this November. My wordcount is next to impossible to recover from, and I'm sad that my halo hasn't shown up yet on my profile. /sadface

no, I can't make it on the 17th at that time. Is there another time that anyone would like to go?
