I haven't decided on my 'Home' Region as yet, but it will be the midwest somewhere USA. I'm sending this to all of my faved regions. Recipes are welcome, the fuel has to be close to home, so I know people will get creative! :) Thank you

I've just made myself a big pot of spiced pumpkin soup, some brownie muffins and a loaf of pumpkin bread to keep me going -- and I cleaned my house today to. With any luck, this will get me off to a strong start!

I made a bunch of cupcakes and now have a meatloaf in the oven. That should cover today's dinner with leftovers for tomorrow. This will give me some time to write without having to think about cooking for a bit.

I have chicken soup in the slow cooker, and quite a bit of meat in a takyuubin freezer truck on it's way to my home. So there will be taaaasty chili in my future as well.
And goo recipes for the pumpkin puree, guys? (Pumpkin bread sounds good!)

My brother and I made rice. -awesome, yah?- We then fried it up with some pork and carrots. It's a great warm dish, especially now that it is hitting the 10C mark *shudders*
I do have a bad habit of going out and geting daifuku and puccho though D:
My brother attempted to make a kabocha dish, but he forgot sugar and didn't scoop out all of the seeds. Otherwise, he did a rather good job! :D And pumpkin bread does sound good. I might go out and find some bananas now for banana bread x3 A friend recently gave me a good recipe that I want to try out for it - even if it is more of a summery dish.

It's so cool to think about all of the different seasons everyone is experiencing around the world as we unite to NaNo, so awesome! I'm baking brownies later today.

Well, I just went out and bought a bag of frozen chips and chicken nuggets, something I usually never do -- am now sitting down to fish and chips, broccolli and pumpkin -- comfort foods that will hopefully get me into a Nano state of mind.
Also for anyone interested, this is a link to the pumpkin muffin recipe that my pumpkin bread came from! Enjoy:

Man, I think Nano really brings out the inner baker in me. Adding bread and blueberry muffins to this list! I've also made meatloaf as inspired by Willow, and am having fish and chips for the second time since Nano started -- and I don't usually like fish. Guessing it's for the added brain power?
