I saw a thread like this on another board, and it looked intriguing. I'm trying to decide if I can spend a month with either of these ideas:

A) The day after the Mother of All Bad Gigs, a musician sells everything and moves on to whatever is next.

B) During an otherwise unremarkable baseball game, a player takes a mighty swing and crushes the skull of a fan in the front row.

Anybody else feel like sharing what you're going to write? Got a response to either of these?

Also, anybody in the Mansfield/Attleboro/Foxboro area interested in doing the occasional group-write?

I wrote a short story last year about 1 of 3 sisters who happen to be witches. The oldest doesn't practice her craft. I'd like to write about her and see if I can find out why.

Doofus, I like the second idea. Especially if the victim is a child. It might be interesting to see the turmoil the player goes through, both internally and in the public eye.

cdcsmith,

This could prove interesting as well. Good luck with if you decide to run with it.

My sneak peak is written under the synopsis of my profile, if anybody wants to look :-)

Unless he slams the skull and a hundred tiny aliens scamper out.

I'm mixing the suburban lifestyle with zombies. It's the third book in the trilogy and now I just need to find a way to wrap it up while keeping it funny.
