My friend and I will both be here this Saturday. Can't wait!

I think I will be there this Sat. Probably about 6 after work. I need a jump start on my writing I've been too slack.

If I come, it'll be a hand writing session for me. I lack a laptop... :(

I'll be there! And don't worry, it'll be a handwriting session for me as well.

I'm here (there) already! Unfortunately, work called and I will have to leave early this week.
But the Manager gave me $1.00 off coupons to share!

I had a great time tonight with everyone. I can't wait to do this again next week - I'll also be at Z's on Thursday. You can all be my writing buddies!
(and for anyone who doesn't know my screen name, this is Steve - I wrote the story with all the time travel)
----------28,756 / 50,000
nov. 7, 2009 - 19 12
Darn you and your mind-blowing time travel story, Steve. My brain still hurts. [This is Merri, by the way.]
Also, great time tonight, and everyone should come to this write-in next week. Because it's basically spectacular.

Hah, no harm intended. I'll send you a version of the completed story and I promise it will be easier to follow than my outrageous hand gestures.
If you're confused while reading this, you should come to the write-in! I'll have new hand gestures every week.

I had a good time tonight. It was nice meeting all of you. I will certainly try to be there next week.

I mostly want a copy of the ninja pirate picture war...thing. Were they actually fighting?
Oh, and this is Rebecca.
28,756 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 07 54
Oh, and this is Rebecca.
Well, the breakdancing villain was dreaming the whole thing while wearing a Captain Crunch hat, but I believe they're fighting, yes. I mean, the pirate [who is completely a midget, by the way.] is shooting a cannon at my incompetent ninja, which I think constitutes a fight.
35,075 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 08 15
It isn't really a fight, since there's no way that ninja could beat my pirate.
And he's not a midget, he's in the backround! Just because I'm so talented of an artist that I understand 2-dimensional depth doesn't mean you can beat me up about it.
Besides, when I drew the pirate my hand covered up the ninja so I had no size reference. Nyah.
----------10,020 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 09 03
Does size really matter if he's riding a cannon?
28,756 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 09 37
My ninja is so awful that your pirate would collapse in laughter, and then my ninja would stomp on him.
35,075 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 09 53
Or your ninja would feel so ashamed that he'd get really sad and cry a little bit. Or maybe other ninjas would come and punch yours for dishonoring them or something.
"Malofy's boy? Ahahaha! Oh, don't make me laugh, I'm pissing!" (where Voldemort is the pirate and Draco is the ninja)
----------28,756 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 12 58
"Come on, guys. Let's leave these big, childish, baby jerks alone!" [my ninja and his ninja friends to your pirates]

PRESENT YOUR ARM, NINJA! INDIAN BURN PIRATE-HEX!
Yes, I have magic pirates.
So I wrote Commander Keen's death scene today, and it made me very sad. :(
----------25,336 / 50,000
nov. 8, 2009 - 14 09
Wow, I missed a lot after I left.
it was nice to see so many of us from the area. Especially liked getting lovely gifts from the MLs!
Next Saturday I can definitely be there the whole time.
Killing characters is always sad for me as well, but a necessary action in writing. May dear Commander Keen be remembered for his bravery.

Small *bump* to remind everyone that the write in is tomorrow, Nov. 14th. I'm excited! This was one of the best write-ins I've been to. Hope to see you all again!

Unfortunatly, I don't think I will be able to make it tonight. Some matters have taken precedence over tonights write-in :(. Good luck to you all, I hope I'll be able to swing next weeks.

Aw, bad luck. Hope to see you next week, though!

Hey Guys,
Sorry couldn't make it out this week. Threw my back out :-( But I'll be out next week for the big finish. Write a few hundred words for me.
