Good morning, bright eyes!
It's a beautiful day in Nanoland, and time to get to work (or continue from early early this morning) on that novel! How's everyone doing??

Stayed up until midnight (despite Dad's protests), wrote until 2am, turned the clock back an hour, wrote for that hour, then zoned out until seven... Will get back to writing as soon as I've eaten breakfast. ^.^ Goal for today is 5k, hoping to surpass that. :) Novel's doing well.
Good luck, everyone! ^.^

Good morning!! I wasn't able to get to work at midnight, like many others did, but I'm here working early! :-) Thank you for letting everyone know about the settings - I had no idea it didn't auto-update! I'll go fix that now. :-)

Stayed up til three, hit 2k, then fell asleep. I sprang out of bed this morning, and after I finish my science paper, I'm plunging back in. Let's hammer out those words!

Wow, that's a great kick-off!! I don't think I would've been able to think straight at the hour after celebrating Halloween with the little ones - we hit a haunted house and went trick-or-treating all through Richmond. It was a blast, but it was exhausting!

I'm UP!
On my second cup of coffee!
I know I should be writing, but have to get food in me and a bit organized before I get going.
But!!!! I got up - after going to bed at 6:30 when I got home - and wrote at midnight. Not much, just my short first chapter. But today it's time to get serious!

Good Morning Starshine! The Earth says Hello! :] (Props to those who know the reference. hehe.)
I stayed up til midnight and wrote for about three hours, hitting a little over 2k. I'm up earlier than I intended, but things are going to be really busy at least for the next 5 or so hours. But then I'm back to writing. :D Hopefully going to a write-in later!
Good luck everyone! :]

Stayed up 'til midnight, wrote for two hours, then my candle died so I had to go to sleep. Yes, that's right, I wrote with pencil and paper by candlelight. Because I'm a nerd like that. xD But at least I made the days quota, and I'll continue writing after I finish physics bridge building and puppet practice. Ah, so gloriously busy.

Just got back from my friend's house...so I haven't been able to write all day. D: But I'm plugging away...with 200 words. XD That's hardly even a paragraph. But I plan on making up for it by spending the whole night chowing down on Halloween candy and being wound up like a top, so I'll have plenty of time. :D Then I'll probably get sick and skip school tomorrow, so there's even more time!

...I only got 8,714. XD What a disappointment, right?
Whew, I'm excited. :]

Wow, looking at my writing buddies and everyone on these forums, I can't help but be incredibly impressed. I never thought that 6,000 would look measly on the word count pages. I'm a little embarrassed, although I know I shouldn't be, because I'm already at like, the day 3 count, but Wow! It looks like everyone's off to an amazing start!
Good luck everyone! Keep writing! :]

Hey LoveLikeRockets!
YOU TWINKLE ABOVE US. WE TWINKLE BELOW. Shall I gliddy, glop, gloopy, nibby, nabby, nooby for you? Good morning, Starshine!
I had my friend's daughter last night (and tonight) so barely any writing, but I'm still ahead of my word count. I ended up typing while she dictated a cut little tale. We had a good laugh! I see lots of typing after 10 o'clock tonight. Have a great day!
