Oh no! Take it easy, my wrist is hurting from the last two days of solid typing, and it's not going to help you if you aggravate it more :) Yes, ice, some nice anti-inflammatory cream if it's still hurting tomorrow, and rest :) I do hope it heals up nicely soon!
