So, now that day one is in the books, how are you doing so far?

I made a personal best on my first day, doing just over 3,000 and its going pretty well so far. I then fell into procrastination because of a slight funk the Broncos left me in.

I did really good the first hour (while at Scimoria) and left with 2085, but then I started to feel kinda sick, so I didn't do anything to it the rest of the day. Today, though, I'm now at 2567, so I'm slowly working on it between classes. :)

First day ended at 5000+. Now I have to do school, and my wordcount will slow down a bit. *sigh* Stupid school.

You all write so fast it makes me feel dizzy. Good job though. It takes me about an hour to score 700 words unless I'm hitting some heavy dialogue... damn.

Everyone writes at their own pace. I average around 500 words per hour unless I'm involved in a word war. And in 2 years and 30-40 word wars, I've won ONE.

So don't feel bad if you're "slow" writing, a lot of us are. Just set aside some extra time.

Good luck!
