Anyone up for some public auhtorin' on the east side?

I have to walk my dog before I can hit the public venues after work, so over by East Towne works the best for me. I was thinking either Cool Beans by Princeton Club or in the mall proper at the Barnes and Noble cafe.

Any takers?

Brett and I are up for it if you're still going. What time were you thinking?

The Barnes and Noble cafe would be AWESOME. I want to head up there anyway, so it would be convenience to the awesome degree. I may, or may not, know where Cool Beans is, but Barnes and Noble is almost a regular stop for me, so the cafe would be simpler for me to find. And if I remember correctly, they made wi-fi free, so that's nice too.

Awww, LOVE to go, but honestly -- every single spare (waking) moment this week OTHER than when I'm NaNo-ing *?* I have to work on my program that I'm giving on Saturday (or Friday, it might be Friday). It's an hour program on Marriage in the Fur Trade....for a bunch of armchair-historian-reenacting-Living History Interpreters. Think "giving a tutorial on politics to the President". OY.

However, the good news is, by Sunday it will be ALL OVER, a "late presentation", and I'll be able to meet up with folks again. So far I'm managing to stay up with the count, but I'm very aware of taking time away from my research.......

For convenience let's call for Barnes and Nobles at around 6:00ish start time.

Basically however long it takes me to get there after work and paying the balance of my son's tuition at the MATC near there. ;)

I added this to the google calendar, so hopefully it'll be nice and visible for everyone.

Sounds like a great plan, but I am unfortunately in class for that period of time. Here's hoping you all get some good writing done.

Still looking forward to seeing everyone again next Sunday!

I won't be able to attend either the Tuesday or the Wednesday write-in. Last night I had bird chores with my six parrots, tonight I have regular housework, and Wednesday is my weekly meeting with a knitting group. I, however, will write instead of knit. I very much want to get to some of the State Street Starbucks sessions and I'll remember to look upstairs as well as street level.

All that normal stuff that takes one away from writing (bird cage cleaning) is why I am taking a week off from work November 15-21.
