I saw that someone else who lives in Utah posted about their contest here, so I figured it'd be safe to post about mine. If I am being naughty, please feel free to reprimand. I also posted this in the Self-Promotion area, but since I live in Utah as do most of my site authors, I'd like to especially extend the contest to fellow Utahns. On a side note, I noticed that there were some write-ins at the City Library, and I'm going to try to attend those. I'm quite excited for them! See you there.

Now here's the info about the sweepstakes and daily creative writing prompts:

I'm just here representing Idiosyncratic Protectional Field³, a site devoted to writing and all other creative pursuits; we're heavily promoting and encouraging NaNoWriMo on our website, and we're offering a few free perks during the NaNoWriMo season that you may like to take advantage of:

We're firstly sponsoring a sweepstakes for all NaNoWriMo participants. In a nutshell, you just need to finish your 50,000 words, and then you could win one of three spiffy prizes. You just need to enter the sweepstakes before the end of November 30th, and we'll take care of checking your word count here at NaNoWriMo and notifying you if you've won.

We're secondly posting a creative writing prompt on our home page every day during the month of November to help you get out of any ruts you might be stuck in. We normally publish three a week, so there's still a whole archive of older prompts that you can look through if you need something else to spark your imagination.

We also publish literary works submitted to us all of the time, so you can do that as well (though you ought to be concentrating on your 50,000 words-- not submitting short works to websites, silly).

On behalf of Idiosyncratic Protectional Field³, I wish us all good luck!
