The store don't read these forums, and we don't have any influence over the halos, only the store staff do.
Who exactly did you contact? When you say staff, do you mean the store staff?

And did you tell them your order number and as much information as possible?
Hmm. It's just really strange - they're usually able to respond within a few days.
Perhaps you could try contacting them again? Tell them as much information as possible - your order number, username, email address... and hopefully they'll straighten it out for you :)

There has been a backlog with the email.
The servers that control the email system, website and store are all intertwined. When the site was sluggish and the email system was days and days behind, it all kept the store staff from responding.
We think the email has all been delivered now ... but it's still slow going to get through the backlog.
Thanks so much for your patience, they will get back to you & you'll get your fancy halo.
