This is my first official Nano win! I only got to 18k by day 25 last year sooooo~!

YAY for 50k! It feels so good! :D I hit it just before midnight last night, and am aiming for just under 60k by midnight tonight.
This is my first NaNo, and I must say, it is so much fun! I'm not stopping now, though. I have put ridiculous expectations on myself, and plus, I want to be enjoying the thrills of NaNo for the rest of the month.
To everyone who has yet to hit 50k, don't feel bad or worry! Pretty please? You can do it!!!!

I did it!!
I, too, am a stay at home mom. With 15k to go this morn, I decided I would just go for it. Ten hours later, after breaks and sore hands, I crossed the finish line!! I am so excited!
The only problem is every year I have tried to break my record, now I have to break this next year... oh my...
Now on to 100k! And much slower, I might add then I did the first 50k. :o)

I'm aiming to reach 50k today, fingers crossed :) I'm sort-of lucky, I've been off school ill the past week. It sucks for me, as I feel ill and awful, but it's done wonders for my wordcount! At least 9k a day for the past 4 days, I've concluded that the only possible explanation is that my brain has been taken over by tiny writing gremlins forcing me to write amazingly fast :P
