Hi everybody - I won't be writing with you this year. In February I moved to Hawaii. I thouht about Nano for months, but knew there was no way I could write this year. Last year my husband told me he didn't think I would have time because of the move, so I started writing and finished. This year I knew it would be impossible. I'll just pop in occasionally to see what's going on. I'm searching for Nanos in Maui. There have to be some. Good luck everybody. Rough Draft (aka Cathy) ---------- |

I find it really funny that the even-numbered years work out better for you. I'd think it would be the odd ones ;)
Hawaii is one big region, but it looks like there is at least one group in Maui: http://www.nanowrimo.org/eng/node/20. I didn't warn them you were lurking. The element of surprise, and all that.

Field trip? Did I just hear, I mean read "field trip"? I love field trips! *jumps up and down* Woohoo! I've never been to Hawaii before. How long is the flight? Can we take a cruise from California to Hawaii? Can we bring guests? What clothes should I pack?
Okay, I am officially cut off from coffee. Until tomorrow morning. ;)
