Anyone doing NaNo in English down here in the south? I'm in Montpellier and really struggling (less than 7,000 words, though I'm aiming for 10,000 by tonight)!

I am! I'm in Aix though. How come you're writing in English? Never mind, just read your profile bio thing. I'm writing in English because I'm bilingual. My dad's French and my mom's South African.
I just joined today with 27 197 words because I've been writing it for 6 months.

----------Wouldn't yo know, my best friend's father is French and her mother is South African.
I lived in South Africa a few years, in Sandton actually.

I'm near Avignon, writing in English...I'm australian...looking for a kick up the bum to force me up early in the morning before the kids wake up, it's the only time i get to write. how's it going with the word count? are you going for quality too or just quantity? I just joined on the 12th november so that gives me er...two weeks or so less time...
