Hey all, Sage here, (oh, it's like the Kermit the frog intro on sesame street). I know most of the write-ins are already planned, but if you end up in need of a place to hold one, or if even just one or two of you are looking for a decent place to work, check out the f/stop cafe. I'm the manager there, and i think we have a really nice writing atmosphere. We play 40's music, have really great coffee and a large tea selection, and comfy writing spots. Plus it's pretty quiet there. If anyone wants to organize a large evening event, let me know and i'll set something up, otherwise feel free to drop by.
Best Wishes for easy flowing words

What are the hours? How do I find it? Are there plenty of accessible power outlets for laptops? Is there free wireless, and (if so) is there a login page we have to use before getting to the Internet?
What kind of '40s music -- Ella Fitzgerald? Bud Freeman? Proto-country harmony acts? The Rat Pack?
Sorry about all the questions. I'm trying to decide whether I want to seek the place out, and thought some others might benefit from some of these answers as well.

I can't answer the other questions, but I can tell you where it is. It's attached to the Center for Fine Arts Photography, which is just north of downtown. Take College past Old Town, cross some railroad tracks, and it is directly on the right. If you go across a bridge you went too far. I can also confirm the cozy atmosphere and tasty beverages. Hope that helps. :)

Hours are 7-4, though we can extend for evening things if there will be enough people there to warrant staying up. Additionally some evenings there are things going on already, but you'd have to check the calendar. Head to fstopcafe.net to find out such information, and also any other info you need. Yes there are outlets, yes there is free wireless, its the 40's music that is on the 40's station on sirius.
----------Location is corner of College and Cherry/Willow where it switches names. That's two blocks north of Laporte. It's in the big adobe arts building.
Best Wishes
