So today in Chat NaNo I made it my goal to get over 400 words in a 15 minute word war with everyone. Though I was disconnected from the internet partway through, thus losing contact with the people I was warring with, I still managed to stay on task and just barely made my goal with 428 words. That's a new record for me! As a reward I treated myself to a chocolate brownie. Mm~
So has anyone else made any goals this month? Have you beaten any? I'd love to hear your stories!

My goal for the first two days was to break 10k and form up a nice buffer. I was just over 11k by Monday night. Yesterday was the first day that I haven't been able to write at least a little and I'm looking at somewhere around 26-27k total after a short 30 minute writing session this morning. I need to update my word count again but I'm about to walk out the door, so it'll have to wait.
