I'm writing a scene in which my telepathic main character redeems her debt to her mother by cheating for her at Scrabble. So I got out the Scrabble board, started playing, and then this happened.

So eventually I fixed the Scrabble board, and before I could start writing again she came in again and sat down on top of it, looking so pleased with herself.
