Synopsis: Tangled

Delilah thinks her biggest problem is the way her crush on her boss, the Vice President of external relations for the third most profitable pharmaceutical company, leaves her stunned and incapable of coherent speech.

Unfortunately for her, the object of her affection is not out of her league because of the twelve years and few extra zeroes of net worth that divide them, but instead Margot's a Risen demon, a creature too sympathetic for hell and not quite ambitious enough to tackle being truly human.

Instead of following her own destiny, Delilah has become part of Margot's fate, destined to keep falling in love with her until, somehow, they find a way to untangled their paths.

The new form of anesthetic discovered by their company seems like the new Viagra in terms of profitability. The only side effect of the drug are seemingly harmless hallucinations that have oddly historic references. Delilah thinks little of her strangely detailed experiences but dutifully writes them all down.

One night, Margot frantically reads Delilah's journal and starts to realize that somehow, Delilah has started to remember the lives that led to this point and she won't keep believing it's a fantasy forever.
