Synopsis: These City Streets

To have powers is nothing out of the ordinary. Ryder Cartwright just so happens to have a knack for manipulating fire. He was recruited into a special police force. There are few people in this force; not everyone is cut out for the job. The force is necessary because where there are heroes, there are also villains.

Vivian Michaels takes a special interest in Ryder. Unfortunately for him, it isn’t a very healthy interest. She’s determined to make his life miserable for the sheer fun of it. She’s part of the reigning villains of the city. Ryder wouldn’t be the first trainee she’s taken and destroyed.
