Synopsis: Fighting Back (working title)
Corey and her father have never gotten along. When the new, young, and benevolent dictator is removed from his post by his own brother, the country begins restricting freedoms as never before. Corey's father is a General with the new dictator, Corey begins working on the underground press. After her third arrest, she flees the country, but never really lets go of what she left behind, and decides to return. Can she save her country and her countryman? Or will her own distractions lead her to destruction?

"I- I- I- love you!" he blurted out.
I stared at Edward. I couldn't think of a less romantic situation. We were in a kitchen filled with people nursing cuts, bruises, and broken bones. I was bleeding all over his clean white shirt. Worse, I wasn't even wearing a shirt. I was, however, wearing a sports bra, which was covered in blood too.
