Excerpt: Atlantis at War

Outside Spencer took off his tie and pulled down his hair. Pirates all had long hair, right? He smiled at the thought of being a pirate. Would he be the captain? Well, not at first. He would probably have to start as something lower. Just a grunt—which was something he was good at—and then he could be first mate. There would be an epic battle and he would try to save the captain from something, but in an emotional scene the captain would die. His last words telling Spencer to save the ship and the crew. Then Spencer would get a bigger hat.
