"You don't have to speak. It's okay. I have that effect on women."

Joe expected Jenny to smile. He didn't expect her to stop in the middle of the hallway and start laughing. When he stopped and stared at her she made a visible effort to stop laughing.

"What's so funny?"

"You." She giggled and the corners of her eyes crinkled.

She was cute in an innocent way that Sarah could never hope to be and he had to turn away. This was the girl he had to kill tonight.
