Synopsis: On Earth as in Heaven plus untilted fantasy story

In a future where climate change has rendered the Earth's surface inhospitable, the upper-class of humanity have taken to space in giant orbiting city-stations the surface-dwellers call Ziggurats. Now a girl from one of the Ziggurats, banished to the surface world, must search for meaning in the ancient world, train in radical ideology, and help a group of dedicated revolutionaries from the surface invade and conquer what was once her home, in hopes of establishing a new government of, by, and for all humanity.

A Dragon-blooded named Anglara travels through the frozen mountainous North seeking to find a surviving dragon, overcoming all obstacles in her path, and making new friends along the way. She hopes to earn the company of a dragon male and replenish the blood of the dragons among humankind, but she may find competition among her suitors, and not all dragons are kind.
