Excerpt: A Novel Idea
One of the students was a short young woman wearing several layers of un-matched clothing, involving black tights, a purple tank top, a beige slip, a short, low-cut, yellow print dress, and a baggy chartreuse sweater. She wore red Converse low-rise court shoes with brown, black, and white argyle socks. Wires from ear buds descended from her ears, masked by thick wavy auburn hair, into the depth of her cleavage. Some young women around her wore related attire, but none quite as striking as hers.
