Brief Author Bio:

Often on sites they ask you to fill out this 'Brief Bio' that is dedicated to you and only you. And so as I sit here in front of my computer, staring at the blinking cursor, as if taunting me to type what I ought to type, I find myself at a loss for words.

After all, it's hard to explain who I really am. Others say I'm too serious, too much of a dreamer, and too caught up in my own distant world; some say I'm different and detached; moody, and unintentionally hilarious. And then there are a few who says I'm mysterious and profound, too deep to be reached by others.

Then again, you can never be sure.

I guess I'm all of those. At least, parts and pieces of it. But I can't say for sure who I really am. You can't just sum up a person in two or three sentences. After all, they say it takes a lifetime to discover who truly are.

Synopsis: The Sky is Broken

It is the year 2023, and the growing conflict between two air force military superpowers soon breaks out in an all-out war. The world is divided into two, and in the midst of it all, two hapless childhood friends are caught in the middle of it. And yet, they defy what most children are afraid of: war, death, and struggles. As they discover a better understanding of the world they are hopelessly trapped in, they make a solemn promise that they would never be apart. A promise that they thought, even if they tried, they could never keep.

So on a cold night of December, as they slept in an old warehouse where they hid from their parents, a sudden midnight skirmish on the skies terrorized their village and destroyed what was left of it. As they attempt to escape, they were caught and apprehended by the militia, and after a heartbreaking parting, they were separated, never to see each other again.

But they did.

Seventeen years later, Specter Darklight has grown up into a young man. Haunted by his past, he finds the courage to draft into the army, but was unexpectedly recruited to an underground organization as a training airman, his dream. As he becomes ambitious and impulsive in his quest for his dream, he accepts the organization's offer, and looks for a chance to prove himself to his superiors.

During a heavy wartime recon mission, Specter is assigned to Squadron N-117, and finds himself facing a part of the past that he tried so hard to forget: Rachel Miles, one of the Wing Commanders of the organization, and his childhood friend who was separated from him seventeen years ago. Only now, she has morphed from a young girl to a woman who he did not even recognize.

As the stakes become riskier, deceptions lies in every corner, questions asked without any easy answers, and their relationship blooms into a flawed but destined love, they must race against time to learn a secret from the forgotten past- but the truth may be too much for them to handle.
