Synopsis: Austenia

Austenia: the magical fantasyland where Mr. Darcy rules and other tight-pantsed regency men like to hang around and chat by the water cooler. A place where Jane Austen romanced happen every day, and men do more than stare blatantly at your breasts.

If only.

Elle Maybury has lived in Austenia ever since she first became acquainted with Pride and Prejudice in seventh grade, and her addiction's been growing ever since. Now a sophomore in high school, Elle decides to live her fantasy the real world, once and for all: she would hook herself a Darcy if it killed her, test driving different aspects of Austenia along the way.

But, like as she does so often in Algebra, Elle miscalculates. And now, it's not her test driving Austenia.

Austenia is test driving her.
