Synopsis: The Hermit of Lammas Wood

Tanyth Fairport makes one last pilgrimage in her quest to learn all she can about the herbs and medicinal plants of Aerony before settling down to write her magnum opus. When she finds the Hermit of Lammas Wood, she discovers that her pilgrimage may be over, but her journey has just begun.

This is a challenge work for me. Outside my genre, writing a woman as main character, and under challenge to beat 50k words in the first 15 days of the month.
