Synopsis: This Time Around

Our world is one where wraiths haunt the nights, vampires are allowed out at night as long as they don't take off their trackers, zombies campaign for their rights (and happily hand out cupcakes to those willing to support them, though it's probably best not to ask what's in them), and mages quite enjoy feeling superior to the other magical creatures. Idiot mages.

The only catch is that your average human never finds out about any of these-- such a shame, the zombies really are good bakers. They've all gotten quite good at hiding and manage to live, mostly, peaceful lives. After all, what's a few stolen organs between friends, eh?

However, a series of murders in one city soon threatens the, mostly, peaceful lives of the magically inclined. ...Then there's those flashbacks a few of them are getting. Flashbacks of the very same murders in a time and place that never existed.
