Synopsis: Filigreed Fate
It's far into the future, and the land of Uruce has been compromised. An innocent king is being manipulated by his trusted adviser, a wicked sorcerer by the name of Virgil Borges. Virgil has discovered a terrible thing about the land and the islands that are bound to the kingdom. By draining the metaphysical energy from Iona (the main island), Avalon, and Eydis, the kingdom can resolve its power problems, its lack of food for the poor, and the kingdom will have more control (secretly) over everyone's lives.
Three close friends who live off the coast of the kingdom, in Brook Haven, have vaguely heard the news of what has come from the drainage of valuable resources; droughts in the rain forests, floods in the deserts, even the world's crops are dying. Virgil's plans have backfired completely, but the king believes things will change for he has high hopes for his closest adviser.
The three friends, a Cleric, a Bard, and a Druid, remember a legend passed down from generation to generation: the world of Soleil was once ruled by seven elementals. The world never needed a kingdom or any one set group of people to rule them. But sadly people grew frustrated when their prayers went unanswered one day. Most people lost their faith and began to build the kingdom of Uruce. It was once said that the elementals needed the power of prayer but could only find it in a select few at that point. They manifested themselves inside those who were worthy but it was never stated what the people looked like, what race they were, or anything of the sort!
Working with what they've got, the friends (Ora, Jaune, and Cecilia) embark on the journey to find the vessels who may or may not be alive to this day.
