Victoria Phoenix's life sucks! So when the opportunity to visit her sister in South Florida arises, she grabs the golden ring. Once there, she meets a number of neurotic characters including a man she believes to be the love of her life and she decides to make Florida her permanent residence. Almost immediately she is beset by a series of very unfortuneate events. As her "New" life spirals out of control, Victoria faces insurmountable obstacles and monumental decisions.
