Synopsis: Acheron Rising

Jessica Butler is a typical Scottish 13-year-old girl. Curious and inventive, she spends her days goading the pupils at her rival school and her best friend Robbie.
But one day, just hours away from a carefully planned skirmish with the kids from St Patrick's School, Jessica and her friend stumble upon an unusual switch hidden inside an ancient tree in a nearby wood.
And by pushing it, they are led on a journey that neither one of them will forget as they are led deep into the demon underworld that lies underneath Edinburgh.
