Synopsis: Threshold

Sandin Sharpe is uncannily good at finding people, and in the New American Confederacy that is a skill he can sell to the highest bidder. Environmental poisons, extreme weather and a collapsing currency have turned the NAC into a Neo-Darwinian economy where less than 1 percent of the population controls over ninty-nine percent of the fading and faltering national wealth. Sandin thinks he is unique, until he meets Cheyenne Silverman, fugitive scion of a fallen financial empire, and the two of them discover that something unprecedented is happening.
