Brief Author Bio:

Born and raised in Kingston but I have lived in other Canadian cities while moving at least 30 times in 25 years. I started writing in my early teens. I've done all sorts of jobs from drywall to detailing cars to high-tech factory work. I have one grown-up daughter. I love doing NaNo and my personal goal is always to go way beyond the 50,000 word mark to complete a full-length novel in the month. I always start with a blank page and an open mind. When I started writing my fascination was with horror and science fiction. It changed to espionage and war stories, and has lately been mysteries and suspense. I'm thinking of veering off in a totally different direction for this year's NaNo. Last year's book was a Noir called The Night Driver.
