Excerpt:

Shauna had seen any number of groundhog in her life. After all, she and her mother lived so far out in the country that it took almost two hours each way to get to the small town where she went to school. So, groundhogs, squirrels, fox, deer and maybe a wolf one time, all wandered through her backyard on a regular basis. And her mother loved animals so many of the wild animals of the forest came to live in the trees and under the outbuildings of their farm to be closer to the food her mom left out. So, Shauna had most certainly seen dozens, if not hundreds of groundhogs, digging to get under the back porch of the main house. This, however, was the first time she’d seen one with a red teapot strapped to its back.
