Synopsis: Super Saturday from Hell
Have you ever attended a Super Saturday crafting event?
I have. And boy, let me tell you, it was straaaaange.
This novel is actually a choose-your-own-adventure adaptation of my experiences.
Excerpt: Super Saturday from Hell
You walk in the cultural hall, bustling with sisters of every shape and size, chattering and waving craft supplies around like a troop of monkeys set loose in a Michael's Craft Store. You send your children on their way toward the children's class, and look around to take in your options. What craft should you try first?
At one table, they seem to be making something from old ties. That seems...safe.
At another table, there is so much glitter it is floating in the air, giving the table a shimmering aura. So shimmery, as a matter of fact, you can't even see what's on the table.
At yet another table, the women are industriously sewing together what look like...well, you can't tell, actually, but they are sewing.
You opt to try:
...the ties. That seems innocent enough. (click here)
...the glittery haze. You always wondered what it would be like to inhale glitter. (click here)
...the mysterious sewing project. Nothing like a good mystery with a needle in it. (click here)
