gsnewsboy went into the news business 16 years ago because The New York Times begged he could write every day and get paid. So after 16 years of short nonfiction, writing long-form fiction is terrifying as hell still something new. He got to about 20,000 words last year before the cat ate it there was a death in the family and his car turned into an Autobot and flew off to fight Decepticons and impress Megan Fox dropped its transmission. So it's try, try again...

Synopsis: The Secret Life Of Sneetches

Generations after the day that changed their world, the Sneetches had built a society based on equality and respect. But when a young Sneetch coming of age took those promises at face value and dared to cross the old tribal boundaries, he found old prejudices had quietly survived under the surface -- and were standing between him and true love. Desperate for a solution -- or at least answers -- he left the beach for the city, to learn the truth about himself, his kind and the mysterious Sylvester McMonkey McBean. He was not ready for that truth. And it led him to a bold act of defiance ….
