Brief Author Bio:

I loathe writing bios. I am feeling good about my nano-progress thus far, and I am enjoying devising new ways to prop up my pregnant ankles while I type away at my Nanonovel. I actually like my novel and my characters!!!

Synopsis: Lightning Won't Strike Me Twice

A woman is struck by lightning, causing her to look back over her whole life and see what she’s done wrong, what has been done wrong to her, evaluating everything that may have caused her to deserve to be struck by lightning. She is driven to find a therapist as she evaluates all of her life and through bouncing ideas off of her therapist, she finds hope in her own life and a renewed faith in God.

Excerpt: Lightning Won't Strike Me Twice

For the first time, she thought, “I have to get out of here.” But where would she go? She had no recollection of where she had come from, no knowledge of how she wound up facing this sand dune. The only thing she could remember was that her car may have been struck by lightning. Even though her eyes were open, everything began to turn dark all around her, she laid her head back against her seat, she was blacking out.
