Synopsis: Truth

David Griffiths, a journalist in 1930s England, longs for a life beyond writing mundane, meaningless human interest stories for the local paper. After a profound realization, David abandons everything he has ever known, his family estate, his comfortable lifestyle, and his fiance. David's journey takes him around the world and he finds himself immersed in different cultures and religions. Along the way, he writes about his experiences in his journal which he hopes to publish when he returns home. But as David meets new people and learns more about himself and the interconnections between humanity, he discovers that his quest is not about writing the perfect story; it is about finding the truth.
