Brief Author Bio: I've been writing since I was 9, but mostly poetry. Nano launched me into the world of novels back in 2003. This is my 3rd year as a Municipal Liaison, and this WILL be my first year reaching 50,000 words...if all goes well. I'm the First Aid coordinator for my local branch of the Canadian Red Cross, but I also manage volunteer recruitment and fund development. 2 days a week, I am also a receptionist for Red Cross Community Health Services. |

Synopsis: Love Blooms
Colleen Ryan, a painfully shy young woman with a mysterious past, moves to St. Lawrence Harbour, and is hired as an assistant for Natasha's Sweet Hearts Bakery. Adam's cousin, Richard Kane, comes to St. L to open a landscaping business, and finds himself drawn to the quiet, fragile woman behind the coffee and sweets.
Natasha's past surfaces with an ugly vengance, and Colleen is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Can Richard teach her to trust one more time?
