Brief Author Bio:

I'm Kirsti-Marie, a 17 year old Kiwi with a huge love for slash fiction, romance, urban fantasy, science fiction, historical, and supernatural genres.

Like with music, my taste in fiction isn't restricted to genres. As long as the characters are realistic, the story is well written, and there's a bit of romance, I'll probably enjoy it. However, I'm finding it harder and harder to find novels that I really love - the quality of fiction seems to falling rapidly, and it's quite tough to find the gems beneath all the rubble. If you have any good novels to suggest, I'd love to hear from you!

I won't be participating in NaNo this year because of exams, and I haven't worked much on Summerland since last year. I know a lot of you are interested in it, but I'm having so much trouble writing it. I've started a new, simpler story to practice character writing and chapter structure, and I'll pick Summerland up again once it's finished.

I'll probably hang out here a little though, and look for some interesting stories and budding new authors to stalk!
