I most likely won't be participating to the fullest extent this year =( I have a national examination taking place December 3 that I'm currently devoting my every waking moment to study.

I'll see what I can do though :)

For my novel, I started a sequel to a half-finished novel last year. Due to work, I couldn't finish the sequel during NaNoWriMo. Both have about 20k-25k words each, so if I participate this year my "novel" will be to add the additional 25k words to each of them and complete them both in one fell swoop!

My novels are aimed more toward the Young Adult genre, because I tend to gloss over technicalities (not plot holes! I just don't spend 3 chapters describing how a particular computer program works). I also try to maintain a lighter atmosphere in the novels than most adult-oriented books. That's why I chose my novels to be "Young Adult" rather than "Adventure", "Mystery" or even "Supernatural".

I write just for my own enjoyment :) I have no plans of sending any of my work to an editor. I enjoy writing and and I love reading, so my own writing gives me something to read later! I'm not good at it but it doesn't matter to me because it's a fun way to channel my (very) active imagination.

PS: I'm horrible at writing short, intriguing summaries, so if anyone has some suggestions on how to improve the atrocities that are my attempts at describing my stories, please feel free to drop me a line!
