Vamir is a young explorer following the words of french aristocrat Earl Valen in an attempt to uncover the mysteries layed down by Earl's journal.
Excerpt: Where Humans never go
Vamir was a very ambivalent person and at that very moment it showed more than ever. His feet twitched as his body decided that now was the best time to give up whilst his eyes, his deep, black eyes, remained transfixed on what stood in the doorway. In the doorway stood a short, stout and stifling creature trying to adapt to the brisk wood air. His eyes were like murky sapphires suspened on a child’s clay creation. On his face was his nose, his thorn-like protrusion with greening edges and darkened sides. His entire face was this nettle like green that made his entire being jump out at an onlooker. His football shaped head was plonked on his rotund body. His arms were short, thin things with webbed hands and sticky palms. His feet were equally short and yet extraordinarily wide. His legs were capped of with large webbed feet that resembled those of a duck in shape and a bear in size. In one hand he held a strange staff with some sort of elaborate twirling design at the very top. Whilst Vamir stood waiting the creature stood wordless and motionless until suddenly it shuffled across to the side revealing a long and dark alley with light pouring in like Vamir’s thoughts.
