Synopsis: Wars of Keplare

My book is about two teenagers, Nathen and Cassidy, who finish their school year and start their summer vacation. But everything changes when they get kidnapped from earth by monsters. Seperated, they enter a wolrd named Keplare and must try to find each other if they ever want to go back to earth, alive.

As the story progresses, we also see the antogonist, and his choises he makes to prevent them from going further.

Filled with swords, magic and monsters, they have to face the fears of the new world and try and make it back to earth... alive.

Excerpt: Wars of Keplare

Thumbing the cover open, he paged through the book until he saw a specific spell and read it out loud. The spell was a set of a couple dozen words, which needed to be said at the right time and pronounced correctly. It took a while until the spell took place, but when he finished, a glow of darkness radiated from the bottom of the hole. He closed the book, the arts of Necromancy, and knelt down in complete exhaustion. He had been waiting a long time to finally resurrect someone, and start his plan. As he looked at the bottom of the hole, once again a corpse rose from the depths.

-“Master, I welcome you back to-” as the corpse looked at the cloaked man, he twisted his hand as the man fell to the ground, his neck broken. If it could smile, it would. A dark glow radiated from the dead man, and another from the no longer dead corpse. He took in his first breath of his rebirth, as the glows died down. The cloaked man was gone, and the corpse was no longer rotten, but made human again; but in a sense, he corpse was the cloaked man. As he smiled a wicked smile, he thought out loud

-"I'm back!"
