Synopsis: The Layer Lands
Thousands of years after a nuclear holocaust. In a giant layered fallout shelter mankind has mutated and there are three species - human, elf and dwarf.
The mechanisms of the fallout shelter - air, water etc - are failing and to survive they need to get out - but is it safe and how do they get out.
And then, of course, there are those who think that it would be suicide to go back out onto the surface and will do anything to stop those trying to find a way out.
