Synopsis: Inevitable
She doesn't know why it happened. But she does know how it happened. She remembers clearly how things began to change into what she knows now.
Lora Carlisle also knows that in order to preserve that knowledge she must fight to stay alive. Even as the days of humanity grow darker still, she is hoping for that light she has promised these rebels. A promise of a better tomorrow in this post era of Earth. A life to look froward to among the Celestians. A shimmer of hope for them and her.
Yet she may just find herself fighting between her future and her past.

"What are the Celestians really?" Seth asked her, turning his eyes from her to glare out into the great expanse of stars, "I mean, do they even-?"
"-they helped us Seth," Lora interrupted firmly. "They're helping us all because they understand the precious gift of life. They are good beings- if a little naïve."
"But they don't even realize that we're being oppressed by those maniacs! They don't even know what evil is!"
"Exactly."
