Synopsis: Accidental Wizard 2

What if a pony-sized bronze gargoyle suddenly barfed up a tapped source of magic all over Seattle, and all over the entire world, creating instant wizards faster than you can make a cup of Folgers? But only to a portion of the population? And left most others out? Cue the butthurt. Man all battle stations. Damn the torpedos!

Well that was last year's Nano and this year's the sequel. Everyone's either figuring out ways to take advantage of newly minted wizards or draft petitions to drop kick their civil rights into the nearest shitter--and on top of all that my MCs need to figure out who's trying to murder them and fast, because their killer isn't just going after them, but every wizard in the world.
