Excerpt: Changes are not always good

"oh my god kali girl i have found it" she exclaims exacitedly
"it?" i was confused cause shes always says somethings exaciting even when its not that great
"oh the biggest most awesomest discovery EVER!" her eyes sparkle in the way that they do when shes excited
shivering a bit beacuse its chilly this morning i look at her dreading what she is going to come up with this time
"the vapire lair! i have found it im sure of it!"
i groan inwardly not another vampire hunt i thought we had been on so many of those since i met her its getting tedious there as far as i knew no vampires in this town and i told her so
"not IN town silly...im banon woods!" she proudly procvlaims looking smug
"but..theres rabid animals out there...."
"yeah thats what THEY want you to think so they can keep to themselves but im smarter than them..."
"they?" i roll my eyes probably knowing the answer but letting her have the fun
"vampires kali vampires.." she says slowly almost like shes talking to an idiot
"oh i dont think so.."
"you will see them because we are going tonight" her eyes shine like crazy and thats when my warning flags go up
"i think this is a bad idea we could be...mauled by bears or wolves or something"
"honestly kail we live in ohio wheres the bears at here...i never have heard anything so ridculous in my life we are so going...and if you dont..well im still going with or without you" she crosses her arms as the buss pulls up and we get on
im worrying myself crazy beacuse on one hand if i go then i could be killed or woprdse grounded if im caught but if i dont go ill worry about abby and she might be kiiled and i would never forgove myself like ever so of course, at lunch time i looked at her and said
