Everyone calls them werewolves though they aren’t really the creatures of legend. They’re humans like you and me. They’ve just been modified slightly.

What happens when we get the power to shape ourselves? Those of us who see ourselves as something different can force others to see that, too. We can bring our dreams into reality. And so the werewolves and a handful of other extreme bodmods came about.

People who wanted to be part wolf made it real through laboratory magic. Genes folded and substituted. Their bodies changed in the process and, some say, their minds. I suppose that means that they aren’t quite like you and me after all.
