Synopsis: Großstadtfeen (City Fairies)
I started out with the good old cliché "kids from our world go to a fantasy world" and now I'm writing something quite different: I have a few people, ranging in age from a little girl who just lost sight of her parents in a department store, to a young woman working as a cook, to an old gardener who loves travelling the world. And once upon a time, they (six people in total) all find themselves - in the worlds of fairytales and myths. What they do not know yet is that for each of them, one of the fairy tale/mythological characters has been transported into our world. (Danger! One of the dwarves from Snow White has gone missing!) And it isn't the first time that happened...
(My favourite example is the time ten years ago when a whole tourist group vanished into a fairytale and the thieves from Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves got transported to our world - all forty of them. Disappointed by the lack of magic caves that open at the call of "Open Sesame," they created a new, very special line of safes that is now used by many major banks throughout various countries. Little do these banks know that there is more to these safes than meets the eye and that the thieves already have a plan in motion to get really rich really fast...)
The story will detail adventures in fairytale and mythological worlds, adventures in our world, the lives of the six people first spirited away, the lives of fairytale characters, in hiding or interacting with others, anything I can think of. I do not have much of a plan and it's a silly story, but I love it.
