We've had the 'who are we' post, now's time for the 'what are we doing?' post. Doesn't need to be specific, just the general idea of what you're writing.

Myself, I'm writing a fanfiction story that's been plaguing me for months.

Anyone else?

'Fantasy' for me! Playing with some standard D&D-ish classes and then seeing how much i can veer off the beaten path.

Fantasy for me, as usual. Light-hearted and character-based.

I'm also writing a fantasy novel. Probably more in the young adult genre when I finish with it but time will tell won't it.

Trying my hand at sci-fi/horror.
At least that is what i thought it was going to be. My MC seems to have other ideas though, so not sure where it is going to end up/

To be broad about it, horror. However, there are/will be elements from various genres. I don't believe most novels should fall specifically in one genre. It kind of takes away the ability to surprise your audience if they basically know what to expect. Not to mention, I enjoy diversity myself.

I live in Sarnia but I have friends and relatives that live in Windsor so I come down there a few times a year.

I am doing a Fantasy novel with a War Story theme. Similar to a Sharpe or Honor Harrington style of novel.

My concept and story has changed after last nights gathering. But I'm not sure of a title yet, so I put in a placeholder. Argh. I was so inspired talking, and wrote in just a few hours today the same amount of words that took me over a week with the other story.

That tells me I'm on the right track by changing my story. I'm feeling more confident about my ability to write this now. Hooray! :D

Poor Martian Ballad. I barely knew ye.

Well, there's always December, when you're not trying for sheer quantity for the Martian ballad (which by the way, I still think sounds cool). It's good to hear you're now getting lots of writing done. :D

So, if I may ask, what's your new story about?
