That's right, folks! We have our own regional chat room (provided by a fantastic ML in Canada) to inspire each other & commiserate on our NaNo experiences. We'll also be having Virtual Write-Ins!
Some info:
- All rules, regulations and guidelines on the NaNoWriMo site are the same for the chat room.
- The room will be open & available 24/7 – barring any internet issues.
- When you first go to the link, a random login name is given to you. If you want to change it (No inappropriate language), simply click on the name in the user list and a box will open for you to type in a new one.
- It is not moderated. If you see something upsetting, send a NaNoMail to myself or Botrytis and we'll see what (if anything) we can do about it. If abusers of the room don't respect the rules they'll be blocked or the room will be shut down.
- Please keep the talk of sex, violence and language to a PG-13 level

Our first Virtual Write-In is this Wednesday, November 14 from 5:30-7:30. If people want to stay later, groovy. That's just the time I have open.
We'll mainly be doing sprints and challenges - How many words can you write in 5 minutes? 10? 20? and can you use the word 'crepe' in your next 50 words?
Well, we'll find out! :)
